Tom and Harley Miller have built the firm's impeccable reputation for superior client service since founding Miller Construction Company in 1973. Setting South Florida's highest standards for quality construction methods, they've guided Miller's team in developing niche markets for on-time, on-budget delivery of design/build and construction management at-risk projects, with over 80% repeat clients. Brian S. Sudduth     Since 2005

President, LEED AP, BD+C, Shareholder

With 20+ years of experience in every aspect of construction, and the ability to anticipate issues impacting our industry, Brian is keenly attuned to clients’ business goals. His visionary approach to the firm’s growth and business strategies keeps Miller at the forefront of cost-effective, innovative solutions. He heads the leadership team, as well as directing preconstruction. Brian serves on the board of directors of the University of Florida M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management.

Kim Riehn     Since 2010

Chief Financial Officer, CPA, LEED AP

Kim draws on 30 years of corporate accounting, financial management and commercial real estate experience to streamline and enhance the firm’s financial processes. She oversees the transparent, open-book accounting that keeps every Miller client fully updated about budget and costs. Kim serves on the board of the Construction Financial Management Association. She received her M.A. and B.B.A. degrees from the University of Georgia.

Traci D. Miller     Since 1993

Senior Vice President Business Development, Shareholder

Overseeing the relationship side of Miller Construction Company, including marketing and community relations, Traci advances the firm’s leadership in its industry and community. She is an executive committee member of the board and past president of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and of the Commercial Real Estate Women Fort Lauderdale/Boca Raton chapter. She served as president of the Leadership Broward Foundation and is active in several charitable organizations.

Chris Hannaka     Since 2000

Vice President / Project Executive, Shareholder

Chris’ extensive project resume across sectors including automotive, residential, education, athletic arena/fitness, performing arts and TV broadcast facilities gives him unique expertise to advise clients about time- and cost-saving construction approaches. A Lynn University graduate, Chris has a mentoring mindset that’s key to collaboration of our project teams and the growth of Miller team members.

Vince Campo     Since 2000

Vice President / Project Executive, Shareholder

Starting his career at Miller as an accounting team member, Vince gained hands-on appreciation for the precision and detail project managers must bring to successful projects. Vince leads Miller’s initiatives to continuously improve the construction process for our clients’ benefit. He fosters relationships with Miller’s longest-term clients, ensuring their expectations will continue to be exceeded.

Brian Silver     Since 1998

Vice President / Project Executive, Shareholder

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Brian has exceptional ability to lead his team on the fastest-track projects in Miller’s pipeline. He served as a Miller senior superintendent for more than a decade before becoming a project manager. He uses that in-depth field experience to motivate top performance from subcontractors and everyone on his project teams.
