Miller fast-tracked construction of Building 4 and then again with Building 5. To enable interior work to begin on a 20,000-square-foot tenant’s space while the building shell was still under construction, the team used an innovative approach on Building 4. They tilted half the structure’s wall panels and completed that section’s roof so the tenant build-out could proceed while they finished tilting panels for the building’s second half. Both Building 4 and 5 provide for optimal rack layout, with 54-foot column spacing and 30-foot clear ceiling height. The structures feature T5 energy efficient lighting and dock-high loading doors.
