Gateway Commerce Park, a 61-acre business park located at the southwest corner of Florida’s Turnpike and County Line Road in Miami Gardens, will eventually total 850,000 square feet of industrial space in five buildings. Building 1 consists of 200,372 square feet with 30-foot clear height ceilings, 54 by 50-foot column spacing and dock-high rear loading to maximize efficient workflow for tenants. The highly visible Building 5 has 1,000 feet of frontage along Florida’s Turnpike. Architectural design elements include hurricane-impact showroom glass, tilt-panel entry features and metal canopies to create an upscale look and feel and the ceilings are 32-foot-clear height. Building 4, another Class A, 197,122-square-foot industrial space features the same architectural details as Buildings 1 and 5, including the impact glass, tilt-panel entry features and metal canopies. The concrete tilt-wall building  has 32-foot clear-height ceilings, 54 by 50-foot column spacing and dock-high rear loading. Miller Construction has completed tenant improvements on all leases signed to date in Gateway Commerce Park.
