Miller Construction fast-tracked a design/build renovation for Florida Blue’s field office on an aggressive schedule. Working in a fully operational building on a short and critical schedule, the team isolated construction operations to be as invisible as possible to the building’s other tenants. The ground floor includes a café serving employees and all the building’s tenants, plus an assembly room. The project also encompasses four full upper floors and provides open-office and meeting spaces, training areas, a fitness center for employees and vending areas.
