BMW Pines Collision Center & Garage Complex Pembroke Pines, FL

This highly visible, six-story building under construction is located adjacent to Holman Automotive’s BMW of Pembroke Pines dealership. The interior’s advisor and waiting areas will have upscale finishes built to the national showroom standards. Floors two through six will provide parking for the dealership’s inventory. The garage will serve as an extension of the showroom, with high-intensity LED lighting ensuring cars have visual pop. Features will include aluminum louvered panels to soften the garage’s exterior, with plants growing on a customized wall system grid to create living green walls. The new precast double-tee concrete structure’s ground floor will be a state-of-the-art collision center with compressed air systems, car lifts, paint booths, alignment pits and a car wash.

The dealership will be fully operational throughout the project, and Miller is strategically staging construction on the new building’s tight site. Crews will stage and lift approximately 1,200 precast components, including concrete panels, plus concrete double tees, beams and columns to erect the structure.
