Fast-Tracking Lincoln Eatery Food Hall in Emerging NoLi District

MIAMI BEACH, FL – Miller Construction Company is on track for summer completion of the new Lincoln Eatery food hall for Terranova Corporation, creating tenant-ready spaces for best-in-class food concepts serving an array of American and multicultural cuisines. Terranova is projecting a November opening for the food hall.

Working on a compressed six-month schedule for the $2.6 million project, Miller’s team is building out the 9,600-square-foot space on the ground floor of the building at 723 North Lincoln Lane, a block north of Lincoln Road at the corner of Meridian Avenue. Terranova Corporation leases and manages the building, which is owned by PPF 723 Lincoln Lane LLC.

Designed by global architecture firm Arquitectonica, Lincoln Eatery will bring together a total of 16 fast-casual restaurants, juice bars and artisanal coffee tenants in a space that reflects the high-energy vibe emerging in Miami Beach’s North of Lincoln (NoLi) District, according to Terranova Director of Development Josh Gelfman.

“We look to Miller for smart solutions, precision and speed to market. Their team understands our vision of Lincoln Eatery as a new neighborhood hub for businesspeople, shoppers, local residents and tourists,” Gelfman said.

The food hall’s ceiling design features unusual triangular beams that will be mirrored with saw cut designs in the slab. Full height glass along the food hall’s frontage will provide ample natural light and wide-angle streetscape views. Miller Construction Company’s crews are preparing the 115- to nearly 500-square-foot tenant spaces and the central seating areas.  Working in the food hall’s interior space, they are cutting decorative designs into the slab without conflicting with the structure’s vertical beam supports.

Lincoln Eatery is Miller Construction Company’s latest project for Terranova Corporation, following 2017 completion of the nearby 801 Lincoln Road retail complex. That $14.5 million renovation and new construction project revitalized a Deco corner retail building and created an additional structure whose three dimensional glass curtainwall exterior has already made it a local landmark.
