Miller Building ID Flagler Village Townhomes

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – As the new Downtown Fort Lauderdale Brightline station takes shape just a few blocks away, Miller Construction Company is building ID Flagler Village, Fort Lauderdale’s first new construction, luxury rental townhome community for developer Ceiba Groupe.

With all four of the development’s buildings underway, the general contractor is on track to  complete the 24 three-story townhomes by year-end, according to Miller Construction Company Sr. Vice President Brian Sudduth. He added that precise staging and scheduling are essential for the project, which is located at 103 NE 6 Street in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village neighborhood.

ID Flagler Village’s floorplans with about 2,000 square feet of space and private, two-car garages bring an innovative alternative to the massive apartment complexes that have helped spur the redevelopment and growth of the trendy, art-centric Flagler Village neighborhood. Plans for The Wave streetcar include a stop just steps from ID Flagler Village.

“Flagler Village is a window on Fort Lauderdale’s urban future,” said Ceiba Groupe Managing Principal Adam Bedzow, whose company’s principals – like Miller’s -- have more than four decades of real estate industry experience. “The Miller team brings deep understanding of the city’s growth, with a clear focus on delivering exceptional value and craftsmanship.”
