Miller Construction Company Completes Miami Lakes
Office Building For The Graham Companies

MIAMI LAKES, Fla., September 15, 2008 - Miller Construction Company has completed construction of the 66,000-square-foot LeRoy Collins Office Building for The Graham Companies in the Governors Square section of Miami Lakes Business Park West, at 7900 Oak Lane.

     The $8 million, four-story building includes a Class A finished core and lobby and will be ready for future tenants. This is Miller’s second project for The Graham Companies in Miami Lakes.

     The new facility is named after the 1950’s era Florida Governor and features concrete and precast joist construction with an exterior skin of glass and stucco. Architect Theodore Roux of Coral Gables designed the building.

     Miller is serving as general contractor and construction manager, and is completing work on the four-story office shell and common lobby. The firm recently completed The Graham Companies’ Parkside IV office building within the same business park.
